Game doesnt continue Bug

Recently i've been getting this bug, where like i play cs as usual like mm or something and then when the round ends the game just doesnt continue im stuck there at where i died or if i survived im just stuck in t spawn like timer doesnt work cant swap weapons cant move cant buy etc but i can hear my teammates talking trough voice chat, anyone else getting this bug? its rlly annoying because i have to restart my game to fix it
