Connect GL Inet AX1800 Flint Into Modem or Router? Must work abroad due to death in family.

Hi all,

I'm looking to set up a GL INet AX1800 at my parents house and establish a Wire guard Server there. I will be bringing a Beryl travel router with me abroad, as I had a death in the family and need to work from there for a few weeks on a company laptop with a work VPN.

My parents don't want their home network disrupted. We currently have a modem through Optimum (our Internet provider), with a Netgear router plugged into that. Is it possible to connect the Flint router established Wireguard Server into the Netgear? Or do I need to remove the Netgear and plug the Flint straight into the modem?

The optimal solution for my family is plugging the Flint into the Netgear.

Thanks in advance and your input during this chaotic time is greatly appreciated.
