Reaching out to ISIS members in Algeria

ISIS has a branch in Algeria, known as the Wilaya al-Jazair. As ISIS dies out in Iraq and Syria, due to a plethora of different variables and effects, the Islamic Liberation Group must look outwards into bringing forth more fighters to the group, in order to make sure victory can be attained. This of course, comes into play in Algeria. The Wilaya al-Jazair has fewer than thirty members and in general is terribly weak, which is why it is a perfect candidate for attracting fighters to our cause.

We will propose for these remaining fighters to join the Islamic Liberation Group as full-fledged members, undertaking the training we are currently having and joining us with the goal of establishing an islamic emirate of Azawad with a strong ideology that is uncompromising against the West.

These fighters will undergo basic training and will be fed and sheltered, their criminal records will not be considered a stain with ILG in Mali and they will be protected. We will naturally ask them the whereabouts and their knowledge on ISIS’ operations all over the globe although we don’t hope to accomplish much with these men.

Reaching out to ISIS in Libya

The Islamic State in Libya is divided into three branches, Wilayah al-Fezzan, Wilayah Barqah and Wilayah al- Tarabalus. With a manpower of 3,000 to 4,000 men, they are doomed to fail. Their intense rush to islamify the population of Libya under Salafi Jihadism will simply backfire terribly, especially under the leadership of Abu Moaz Al-Tikriti, who is directly tied to ISIS - a dying organization in the Middle East that likely is losing their leash over this group. The Islamic Liberation Group will offer these fighters a chance to prove themselves by combating against Westerners in Libya and Chad; they will be reintroduced under the ILG branches in Chad and Libya after undergoing basic training and will be given new orders that will espouse a slow takeover of territory in enemy nations so it is possible to convert the infidel under our control, as they will depend on us for everything from water to the very necessity of sleep.

We will also be looking at new people that are capable of developing our propaganda machine, we will be encouraging ISIS fighters to come fight for us with generous salaries and grants, along with fostering religious zeal and even better, bringing the extremely dedicated members of the cause to become imams for us, fostering fanaticism all over.

Reaching out to ISIS in Iraq and Syria

The Islamic State, especially in territories like Iraq and Syria, are extremely weak and distracted due to the fact that they have received intense attention from the West, Iraq and Syria themselves. With around 15,000 men split between Syria and Iraq, we are seeing a fall of ISIS numbers from previous years.

The leadership of the Islamic State has failed it, while our troops in Mali prosper under intense training that can befall only those that are dedicated to the cause of developing an islamic state in Mali and later, the entirety of West Africa. This emirate can only be built with the unity of our brothers in faith and it is our duty to do so; which is why the Islamic Liberation Group is now extending our hand in friendship to fighters of ISIS.

We are going to be offering large salaries, extensive military training and most of all, results, we are going to be bringing an islamic rule to Mali and that is being possible day after day; we will be looking for ex-fighters, specialists and most importantly, men that have operated the ISIS propaganda machine, one of the most effective in the world when it comes to non-state actors. We will gradually build a massive propaganda machine in order to attract people from all over the world to our group.

Reaching out to Ansar al-Sharia in Mauritania

Mauritania collapsed and with it, the chances of an islamic state in Mauritania in the near future. This is why we are going to ask Ansar al-Sharia in Mauritania) to merge with Movement for an Islamic Mauritania, an ILG branch, to attract new migrants and refugees from the nation to our group. As a united organization, it is a lot easier to make sure that our cause is not only heard but an islamic emirate is also established faster.

We are going to attract these men with new promises of power, money and of course, a renewed jihad against those that desire to oppress us; we are going to be focusing a lot on propaganda for these men and will be targeting anyone willing to merge with us.
