Saudi Arabia, October 2nd of 2025.

Iyad Ag Ghaly has been sent to Saudi Arabia for the first time ever, also known as the head of ILG in Mali, the Jama’at Nasr al-Islam wal Muslimin. The elusive leader of ILG in Mali and one of the most valued councillors of AQIM’s leader, Droukdel, is meeting with imams and rich tycoons of Saudi Arabia looking for support.

Using religious ties and Islamic brotherhood, Iyad has noted ILGs works in Mali and how their influence there can be crucial for the spread of Wahhabism in their current base of operations; not only that but with the appropriate funding and weapons delivery, his group could become a large player in the politics of sub-saharan Africa and it is likely that a revived state of Azawad under Jama’at Nasr al-Islam wal Muslimin - and subsequently, Wahhabist - rule could begin.

The main example that Iyad is going to use is the takeover of Boghassa, where he will exemplify the tactics used and how they are going to be utilized all over Mali. Furthermore, he has detailed that his group is ready to expand to neighboring villages which exist in the region which are hard to attack. The Tuaregs there not only enjoy their presence, but welcome it.

Iyad asks simply for Saudi funding, giving the group some money and weaponry to continue their fight and the establishment of a solid foundation to their group. He also invites Saudi imams to come with him on the trip back to Mali in order to proselytize and spread Wahhabism to the population, thus giving the Saudis a chance to see exactly what the group is doing.

Qatar, October 8th of 2025.

Allegedly, Qatar is already one of the supporters of AQIM, now known as the Islamic Liberation Group, but there is always more that needs to be done and that much is obvious. Iyad returned to Mali and promptly came back to the Gulf in order to begin talks with other Wahhabist monarchies in the region, including Qatar. Talking with royals, military officers, imams and others that have influence within the Qatari society, we are going to be talking about how we are increasing our results in Mali and are resurging as an influential organization.

We will detail our gun running operation and how we are managing to receive money from it and how the fight against the infidels is growing larger and larger; which is why the organization requires more funding and more weapons, which we will request time and time again to Qatar.

Not only that but we will pledge to fight for Islamic brotherhood, wahhabist ideals and determination against the enemies of the state, swearing to fight in favor of Qatar at any given time if they provide us with weapons and money, which is crucial at a moment like this.

Bahrain, October 12th of 2025.

From Bahrain, we will simply try to poach members from their state apparatus, including imams, military officers and soldiers and others that believe that Bahrain is too soft in relation to their neighbors. We will be focusing on the fact that with the ILG, these people will have a chance to fight for a cause they truly believe in, being given positions of power and respect within the emirate.

The angles that we will try to push in attracting people from Bahrain will mostly be playing their strings in relation to power and the desire to rule, promising small positions of power, financial and sexual rewards as well, although obviously not to those members of society such as imams.

Egypt, October 20th of 2025.

We have already attempted to poach people from Egypt, but that was the regular population, now is the time to reach out to the Muslim Brotherhood, military officers, tycoons and imams. Having disassociated ourselves with Al-Qaeda, at least publicly, we will try to use the rhetoric that our group is being hunted down by the armed forces of Mali even though we are doing extreme good to the impoverished Tuaregs.

We will be showing them pictures and even offer a tour to those willing of the village and how we are working together to improve it, although the good we can do is limited due to how low our current funds are, which is why we are going to be requesting funding or membership from those willing to our group.
