After the very recent events on which the CDL seized power in Libya, the United Arab Republic must do the necessary move and intervene in favor of the CDL, which removed a political party which was hardline Islamist, brutally anti-west and strongly against the ideals of Pan-Arabism, all of which are ideas that converge into terrible attacks, such as the Florida Mall Massacre and form terrible groups such as the recent Al-Haraka.

President Khaleil Tarik and his entire government staff feels that it is necessary to take the necessary steps into stopping Al-Haraka from expanding, and protect it’s fellow nations from the dangers of extremism and feelings such as the Anti-West, which, as a friend to all nations and commercial partner of the United States of America, we feel are destabilizing and dangerous, especially after the IAL tried to entirely remove the CDL from the legitimate government institutions that we, the United Arab Republic, have put in place.

Without further ado, the United Arab Republic is beginning it’s next operation.

Operation Brotherhood

The following will be used in the Operation:

The operation will take place after the approval of the CDL of United Arab troops into the country of Libya, after which they will start movement to the southern strip of the north, such as towns as Tiji, Al Jawsh, Msallata. A detachment of 8,000 soldiers will descend to Waddan, Sabha, Zawilah, Murzuq, Germa and Abwari. The main contingent of troops will progress into Misrata, Sirte, Benghazi and descend to the cities of Tazirbu, Buzaymah and Al-Jawf.

The main strategy to take place is the use of mobility and velocity in engagements and confrontations outside cities, the use of J-11’s and SU-30’s will be for the establishment of air superiority. After air superiority is established, the order of battle is to use close air support.

The United Arab troops are expressly forbidden from using severe explosives or bombardments inside cities, to avoid logistical and infrastructural problems which will strengthen the warlords and IAL troops inside towns. If engagements in cities start proving themselves to be troublesome, it is wise to start using massive warnings to the civilian population to the best of the unit’s abilities, if nothing works, the objective is to remove the a sufficient quantity of civilians that the remaining civilians are negligible to a successful bombardment. After which, troops will go to an encirclement of the town and brutally sieging it with bombardments, rocket artillery and seizure of supply lines.

One of the most important parts of this operation is the use of Libya’s President, who will be arrested and put into a very comfortable hotel room protected by 100 soldiers daily. He will be given temporarily a communicative device whose purpose will be to send contradictory, confusing messages of attacks of orders, which will be used to confuse and offset the various militant and government groups that are against the CDL. The comms device that the arrested Libyan president will be using, will be given to him expressly when the moment is necessary for him to send the messages, without any context or information channels. The President will also be sending pleading messages for IAL troops to surrender, guaranteeing amnesty.

There are many plentiful helicopters to be utilized for air support and the delivery of supplies, such as the Mil Mi-8, the Beechcraft 1900 is to be utilized in recon missions and to be able to successfully spot the enemy from afar and from above.

If the enemy attempts to use fighters to intercept, disrupt or combat ground troops or air forces, the utilization of S-300 batteries are more than allowed, they are endorsed.

The Mil Mi-28 is to be used in conflicts where it's not an urban setting, such as deserts, hills and plains as they are most effective where a clear line of sight is present. Overwhelming force can be utilized in enemy outposts outside urban elements or battles in clear patches of land.

Rocket and missile artillery is to be used in the same purpose and vain as the regular artillery, but missiles are endorsed against enemy tanks, if they prove themselves troublesome.

The PLA will be sending advisors and attachés to make sure that the United Arab troops work the equipment efficiently and properly, while giving tips and tricks in the engagements as to make sure that no errors are made.

Plans to keep up morale of Libyan civilians are being set up, which include relief packages, doctors and promises of bigger infrastructure plans to rebuild and renovate the entirety of Libya. Televised speeches of Khaleil Tarik will be shown and his speeches will be broadcasted on national radios multiple times a day, along with anthems, folksy songs and other measures that silently keep the morale of the civilians up.
