I was a CA for about 4 years. Worked with my fiancé. She quit after college and found a job as IT for a car dealership and makes 50k a year. I just decided to step out of my comfort zone to find something new, and now I’m working IT for a dental network making the same. I don’t have a college degree. The point I’m trying to make here is: if you’re frustrated with Best Buy adding more work while paying you the same wages (apple repairs and Samsung repairs) take a look around. Your skill set is more in demand than ever in the pandemic and this is the best time to look. You guys have more power now then you ever will.
Good luck agents.
