I've live in rural West Virginia all my life. I have felt out of place here, but circumstances kept me in the states. At this point in my life I own my house and property. I am not prepared to move out of state nor am I looking for a housemate to move in with me. My life centers around Culture events such as symphony concerts, opera, ballet, Broadway musicals and plays; visiting historical sites such as battlefields, forts, restored towns (ex. Colonial Williamsburg), touring 19th century houses; wandering through galleries of a variety of museums and photographing flower conservatories and Victorian Garden Cemeteries. I am a musician (flutist) who plays music in small ensembles with friends on a weekly basis. This is who I am. I have rather unique interests.

I am seeking LOCAL AREA MEN (gay or straight) in or near North Central West Virginia for friendship and companionship, who enjoy one or more of my interests. I live outside Elkins, WV. A friendship needs mutual interests and concerns to thrive. We all have life's daily challenges to face that can also cement a friendship. I am NOT necessarily seeking a LTR or a housemate. I need a good friend and companion to do things with, to share a meal while having good conversation, attend concerts, plays and movies, take days trips or an extended trip, and be there to support each other and enjoy each other's company on a regular basis.
