Ppl or Upper lower split?

Have been doing a Upper/lower/cardio split for since late Jan/early Feb. Thinking about going back to a PPL split with cardio/ab on the rest day. Trying to train for over all fitness and aesthetics.

Stats: 5'9", 282. Clearing 12k-15k steps daily. 2500 calories, prioritizing protein. All ( non rude/disrespectful) advice taken.
