(I’m from pretty homophobic country)
The story is about me(19m), my friends group (13 person except me in 18-20 age range). I’m closet gay but I do many gay comments that can be considered as jokes for them. There are 6 boys except me and I’m close with one of them and he is pretty conservative. I guess that he’s not homophobic but he wouldn’t be friends with a gay person. One of the six boys (19yo) the one I don’t talk much. For me he was pretty much gay. I guess he made a come out or tell people individually but my conservative friend heard that he is gay and he planning stop being friends with him and thinks best way to do this leaving group because (his words) he can’t ask him to leave the group because he’s gay and can’t force the group to choose sides. So he will make a talk about it and probably not stop seeing us but don’t be part of group events.
I don’t know what kind of attitude I should have and my conservative friend asked for my advice and I don’t know what to tell
Sorry for my bad English and you can anything you want. I just feel so weird while he talking about him being gay make him uncomfortable and he wouldn’t keep being friends with him.
