Fenix RacePro vs a Created Workout for "Race Day"

Currently using Fenix 6, I have a 1.5 mile PT test coming up Wednesday. I have been using the created workout during my track workouts.
Not sure if I should keep using that and create a 1.5 mile workout to keep pace or use pacepro for the run?
Which will be more accurate for keeping my pace?
