garage door motor running, but chain not moving?

Looking for advice here. Just started happening. The motor is old, Overhead Door model.
Pressing the button activates the motor like normal, but the chain is not moving at all....seems its disconnected or something.
Any advice where to start?

If it’s overhead door model, I would just get a new operator. If it was LiftMaster Chamberlain it’s an easy fix.
