It looks like the top right wheel came off, causing more pressure on the lower ones with the weight of the door. The upper rail track bowed outwards causing the l bracket bolted into the wood to also bend, splitting the wood. The rest of the door seems fine with 1 other wheel on the left side to come off of the track. Picture 4 shows the split in the wood from the pressure where the bolts were in. The vertical rail should be replaceable, but im worried the wood split will cause any new bolts issues,unless they could be made deeper into the wood. That wood is about 2 feet thick in that direction.
