Spent $400 for new springs and wires on two doors...replaced the seal and there's a gap on either end now
Post Body
I just had these doors serviced with new springs, the seals on the bottom were probably original (1977) so I broke them/slid them off and replaced it with a new seal that uses the foam backer rod in it. Problem is now there's a large gap on either end. Is there a way to resolve this? I do not have working garage door openers so adjusting that is not an option. The gap seems pretty large especially on the right side.

I live in North Dakota. Storm shield sucks for that. There’s no glue that can handle our weather. I’d recommend a Snirt stopper
