So, as many of you have probably heard/seen on the website/app, GameStop is having free standard shipping on orders $35 and over. It's pretty cool, but it didn't work for my order that was about $47.
I did the thing you're supposed to do and called customer service, only for a guy to hang up on me when it was clear he had no idea about the sale and asked to speak to someone else. Then, after another two hours, a very nice lady said it was resolved. Well, i just checked, and they've only refunded $2 of my $6.90 shipping.
I know it's silly, but I never like shopping online for this reason of paying for shipping (hence my using Amazon for most shopping). So, my question is if anyone else has had this problem? I know the calling volumes are high with them right now, and I'm wondering if it's because of this issue or if it's because of the Fire Emblem issues that I know have been experienced by many customers?
