GW4 no longer displaying caller id with incoming calls

I recently installed Google phone onto my phone, a Note 20 Ultra and my watch. However I'm no longer seeing caller id info, just the the number followed by the words "Emergency Call". My phone is showing the caller ID info though. Is there a setting that I have to change to get the caller ID info back or is this a limitation of the Google phone app on my watch?
