A71 can’t find sim

Once in a while. More often now. The phone suddenly has no reception. It says “no sim”. So I have to restart and everything is working again.
Anyone have this problem ? Is this a software? Hardware problem? Dirty sim?
I am trying network reset and rubbing alcohol on the SIM card and tray. See what happens
