I am in my freshman year of college and I really want to change the way I am. I have a gym membership and I have been going and doing 20-30 minutes of the elliptical every day. I want to lose weight but I also want to gain some muscle and have no idea where to start.
I am 18 years old, 6'5 and 210 pounds. Yesterday I went to the gym with my friend and he helped me go through one of his days. (biceps and triceps) I really want to start lifting weights more and do better cardio exercices that will help me reach my goal. I have been trying to eat better. I dont think i get enough protein tho.
If anyone is able to help me figure out a plan and ways to get more protein and vitamins in general please do.
