Bamba’s Bar Bite

Ceviche!

It's finally officially springtime (in the northern hemisphere at least), so I can finally put away all those winter warmer appetizers and go back to fresh and zingy hors d'oeuvres!

Take this ceviche for example: Chilean sea bass, scallops, and shrimp all cured in a dressing of lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, crushed garlic, and sliced chili pepper, and tossed in a salad of red onion, yellow bell pepper, and mango. Sweet, spicy, sour, I guarantee you'll love it... unless you're not a fan of fish, or basically raw fish for that matter. Sorry :/
