I just went back and checked and I collected the million dollars for ps plus for 9 months. So I had 9 mil waiting for me when I logged into the PS5 version. Or that’s what I thought. Cuz upon migrating my online character to PS5 I opened up to only 1.6 mil.

Then it clicked. I never logged into the PS4 version of gta online over the course of those 9 months. I manually selected the ps plus money and “purchased” it for free each month, but never logged into my online character. And upon migrating the online profile to PS5, it then deletes the online profile on the PS4 version. So I’m unable to go back to the PS4 version and claim my 9 million in my online account. As far as I’m concerned, I’m screwed. Rockstar would look at me and say it’s my fault for not logging in each month to claim it, even though I never read anywhere that was required.

Anyway, let this be a warning to people transferring their gta online account to PS5 who’ve been collecting the ps plus money. LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT ON PS4 BEFORE MIGRATING!!! Absolutely gutted that all of that money is lost.
