Obviously, thats not quite what I'm looking for, but it is very anticipated. There are some diamonds in the rough lurking out there for sure, but there's more than a few people who will come between us all. Try not to see me as a giant sand tiger because of that quote, or do if that helps; I'm not here how to tell you how to live your life.

First off, we may as well see if the shoe fits for you, so ill talk about what I'm looking for in a little detail and you can decide if that sounds like you! The ideal person would require an open mind, a love of the new and a drive for a little knowledge, as well as a pursuit for what makes them happy. Excitement on both ends makes everything far more enthralling; context and atmosphere can intensify most social experiences. I love seeing passion in action, so don't be afraid to tell me your drives and dreams! I get enamoured with dorks and geeks of all kinds because theyre usually that way inclined due to their own energy for their own interests. Outside of that, I like cute days in and out; a meal out, a trip to an old building or a weekend away in an alien city are all things I miss having company for.

As you can tell, hopeless romantic is a moniker I very proudly wear. I want to be lost in my head while my memory is cast back to the gorgeous smile I gave you over the weekend as you shot milk out of your nose from laughter. I want to be set a drift in admiration as I hear you get excited about the new line of bobble heads you collect coming out and their contents. I want to be looking on as your skill and intelligence is on display with your sexually aggressive Mr. Bean fanfics; ohh Rowan, you dirty dog. Romance is important to me and I struggle to lower my guard without it. I enjoy being in that judgement free space and giving it to someone with the only goals being to enjoy ourselves, see the other happy and grow.

I'm expecting a little conversation about what makes us both tick. I'll want to know you as a person, how you think a little and put myself metaphorically on display as well. Kink talk and flirty texting is great, but if you're going to come to me with titles and begging, I'm either going to think you're a dude or you're looking for a pez dispenser for your libido. Yes, I'm looking at you, Keith. Outside of that, I'm an open minded person and down for just about anything, aside from things that causes lasting harm, severe infection or has either of us in a cell. Although, that last one can be a bit tenuous.

Speaking of Keith, I would like to make it clear that the hurdle of verification is cleared fairly early on. I don't want to be looking forward to a meet only to find that my 36DD, 20yo crossfit instructor is actually Keith; a 50yo accountant from TX who is struggling to pay his mortgage. Obviously we'll need to selfie swap and the like; maybe even call before a first meet to see if things are legit.

This will primarily start online with the hope to meet in the future, maybe even a little further for the right one. My shifts go all over the place, but I will always have weekends available. I live alone and spend time summarily as such, but can be a little hard to pin down in the week due to social, professional and familial obligations.

So who am I and why am I clogging up your feed? I'm a 30yo aforementioned gentleman from the East Midlands. I've worked in building for most of my adult life as an architectural technician, but currently build motors for two major car manufacturers. I can already imagine you're picturing the manliest of men; wrench in hand, with bulging arms, dressed in overalls and a high visibility jacket. You'd be absolutely wrong. I'm a textbook shut in, a total nerd and a complete dork. I love fantasy worlds and the writing that constructs them; metaphors and euphemisms are pliable canvases to manipulate the imagination. I have a deep love of food and people, thinking that the two go perfectly together. Mini painting is also something I enjoy, especially the part where it doesn't get done and I opt to eat crisps on the sofa, instead. Wildlife and nature hold my fascination alot; from bugs to birches, I'm mystified by the world in an almost child like manner. I'm a softer sort for sure, but the is no storm without that initial calm; I have a fair bit of strength behind me to contrast.

For those more visually inclined, I'm 6ft on the dot and at around 90kg. I'm blonde with a darker beard; both of which are kept, but one of which does not want to be. I'm in pretty good shape and pride my body as best as I can, punishing it with far too much exercise than it wants. I have a black set of specs and usually try to dress a little grungey. Over all, I'd say a solid 7/10; would smash again.
