I was pending medical exception
Post Body
I was fired from my job, during covid, despite telling them I had medical exception.
they requested validation by a doctor and I was trying to pursue that (navigating difficulties with a mental disability. I may have cancer right now but missed my appointment to get checked because I forgot until it was 30 minutes late).
Anyone know if its possible to sue my old job?
