As the title says, I’m hoping to find my better half, partner-in-crime, yin to my yang, soulmate or whatever else you can think off.

What I’m looking for:

I’m looking for something that will last a lifetime. Someone to open my eyes to every morning. Someone to dream off once I close my eyes every night. Someone who is the reason for my smile. Someone I would shed a tear for. Someone I would happily break this imposed self-isolation for. Someone who will cause my heart to skip a beat. Someone I wouldn’t be afraid to propose to in front of a room full of strangers. Someone I couldn’t keep my eyes off from across the room. Someone who would want to watch romcoms with me even at the age of 70 and happily receive a sloppy kiss.

About me?

· Considering my previous experiences with similar posts on Reddit, I feel like I need to mention upfront that I'm Indian settled in Canada. That means I'm not Caucasian. Yes, that means I'm already kinda ready for the beach with my light tan skin & my abs are coming along nicely too despite eating my way thru COVID. No, I don't talk like Raj from The Big Bang Theory. I have a mix of American & Asian accent thanks to all the American sitcoms I've been consuming since my childhood. But I do swear like Jonah Hill in the Wolf Of Wall Street.

· I love movies and sitcoms (Friends, Two and a Half Men, Modern Family, Big Bang Theory, The Simpsons, etc. Besides these, I also am addicted to crime procedural dramas and true crime. Frankly wayyyy too many shows to name here but feel free to satisfy your curiosity when we chat)

· Demisexual (Google it)

· I love travelling (checked off 5 countries in my bucket list over the years & have a ton more lined up for the near future)

· Hopeless romantic who enjoys walking the beach, cuddling on the couch, snuggling under a blanket, holding hands in public and whispering sweet nothings

· I play the guitar (acoustic, electric and bass) and drums in my free time

· Avid podcast listener and YouTube addict (My channel subscriptions are more than enough to last through this self-isolation)

· Can’t start my day without a healthy dose of caffeine and can’t get through my day without checking up on you

· I've done a PhD in sarcasm and I’m dying to test my wit on an equally capable woman

· Writing is my passion and I indulge in it quite often. I write songs/ poems and you better believe that you’ll be receiving original love songs/ poems if I get the feels for you

· I love stand-up comedy too. Because if you take life too seriously, you’re asking for a slow death

· My taste in music is mostly limited to hard rock / metal / alternative rock. (If you are curious about some of the artists I listen to, feel free to ask away).

· I’m fascinated by astrology. (Bonus points for anyone who guesses which zodiac sign I belong to based on this post).

· I love all kind of pets. Cats are my spirit animal & I adopted a cat myself (although 7 years after adopting her, I think she owns me now lol)

· On the physical side, I’m average (on the leaner side) with dark hair. I can pull off the clean shaven & mustache with goatee look effortlessly. I’ve also been complimented for my cute smile. I’m not a gym rat but I run often (My way of building my stamina if at any point a crazy woman decides to chase me).

About you?

· Be a woman, be single or unattached, emotionally available & be in a stage in life where you're ready to find your life partner. (No disrespect to women who are into polygamy, but that's not the right kind of relationship I'm seeking. Also I'm not seeking just friendships either. Of course, I'm also aware that finding love takes time & so an organic progression from friends to partners is ideal, assuming there is chemistry)

· Have a cute smile and have a sense of humour (An adorable laugh makes me weak in the knees)

· Distance is not a dealbreaker. That’s what flights were invented for. But for the purposes of time zone & eventually meeting I’d prefer if you’re from either US or Canada.

· Preferably be a conversationalist. One-word responses are my biggest turn offs.
