2012-2016 Focus TCM went out and has been at the dealership since 08/24. I started making calls before my car was at the dealership. Don't be rude I would talk with 2-3 different people a day about a rental or loaner car. I just turned in my rental. 2020 Mustang Convertible The mustang was a rental from Hertz the dealership pai for. Today I picked up my long term loancar. Lincoln MKZ 2.0 T. I hope they never fix my Focus. Over 10 recalls not one of them about the transmission.
