I was on the phone with Foot Locker Canada for 2 hours yesterday because I accidentally double ordered a pair of running shoes from them. They refuse to give me my second pair of shoes or a refund or store credit. I am out $150.00 because I noticed the extra charge two months later when I was going through my Christmas purchases. Super rude customer service from the call center leader, and very incompetent store managers at the Masonville Foot Locker!
I work at a footlocker and we have only a 40 day return policy. If you ordered 2 and only got 1 they are 100% entitled to give you all you paid for! Absolutely take this up with corporate!
