Recipe!
-Pork shoulder (I think this was around 3 pounds)
-1 white onion
-4 cloves (right, like I'm gonna use only four cloves) garlic
-1 cup of stock (I used chicken)
-about a half a beer, enough to fully immerse the pork anyway
-1 chipotle in adobo, plus extra adobo because yum
-salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder
Throw it in the crock pot, high for 4-ish hours or low for 7-ish. Take the pork out when it's falling apart, shred it, put it in a pan with some of the juices and chuck it under the broiler to get it crispy and delicious!

Sure! It was suuuper basic and I didn't use a lot of measurements, just a chuck-it-in kind of deal.
