Well I hit a new pb - 150kg (roughly 340lbs). Came out of the gym and it looks like a blood vessel has burst on the inside of my forearm? No pain during or after the deads, pretty sure I didn't scrape it (I was mixed grip with the inside of my forearm facing away from me). I had a huge pump in my forearms after the gym as did some shrugs and such.

Have you ever had this? I'm not too worried by it, but I'm curious to see if it's at all normal!
