What would be the pros and cons of getting all of your carbs from fruit?
Post Body

As of right now I'm getting about 1200 calories a day from long grain rice, but I feel like my body doesn't like grains that much, though rice is a lot better than wheat for me. I was wondering how healthy and feasible it would be to replace all of those calories and carbohydrates with fruit. Would it also be more cost effective to grow some of my own fruit? Which would be best to grow? I know it will be more expensive straight up from rice but personally I feel like my body will be more thankful for it. Any opinions?
