Changing up your life cycle.
Post Body

The average person works a day shift and that's what we all work around. My shift is 6:00AM-2:30PM, I recently got asked to switch to a evening/night shift which is 2:00PM-12:30AM. I am hesitant to switch up my life cycle for my well-being and overall fitness goals.

If I keep all my habits the same, are there any studies that show muscle growth doesn't reach potential while working a night shift? Does anything change at all? I would be working out before my shift starts, approximately noonish.

Let me know if any of you have experience switching to nights, if you noticed any difference in gains, what was your energy like throughout your shift, if there are any pros/cons, and anything else that would benefit my knowledge thanks!
