I'm currently following a program I found on a random site months ago and have noticed myself getting more muscular. M/6'3/210. Looking to switch up my program and add some size.
I currently follow a 4 day split with 1 rest day.
Shoulders/Forearm
Legs
Rest
Back/Biceps
Chest/Triceps
I would like to stay on a split because I like training only 1 or 2 muscle groups a day. What exercises do you do in your splits, how many reps/sets, what intensity, and what are your resting times between sets.
Bonus- what's a solid pump up podcast :D
