Looking to smoke pepperonis, sausages and salmon. Trying to see if this can maintain 150 F. I have a Louisiana Kamado 24” that I stopped used because it’s too time consuming to maintain the charcoals.
I was looking into electric smokers like the masterbuikt 40” windowless, but heard the Kamado would be better due to its insulating properties and such. I’ve always looked at reviews comparing the different controllers fire board 2 and competitors. Looks like this is the best controller, while the flame boss’s fan is the best at 6.5 CFM. Looking to use the flame boss fan and fireboard 2 controller.
Anyone have input on this?
