I have been playing this series since the very first game and I have finally started getting bored. We all know the mode has been stale for years, so my major thrill is putting all of the top players on to random teams throughout the 4 English divisions, using a 4th division team on Legendary and seeing how the 15 years shake out.

I can't seem to justify playing in any other league as the 4 tier promotion/relegation is the most interesting format to me. I am curious as to what you guys do to keep career mode fresh.

*maybe this is a culmination of every recent 2K and EA sports release seemingly focusing on graphics over gameplay/mode features.
