What is L2 support worth
Post Body

I got a direct email from a buyer asking for L2 on site IT support for 2 weeks 8 to 5 (lunch not paid) with a new ticket issued every day on FN. I countered with blended 9hrs at $55/hr, 55 for up to 1 hr and a commitment to 2 weeks. The email reply ws that $30 is very generous and even high for my market but he saw my qualifications and thinks I'm a good fit. That's why he's offering the highest possible rate. Oh, and they won't pay lunch because it's their policy.

I make 400 to 800 a day between FN & Workmarket and I take the odd morning or afternoon off for family things. The draw of a job like this no driving around in 110 degree heat and a set schedule, but it has to pay at least as well as what I'm doing now. The job is in Las Vegas. I'm thinking $55 was on the mid to low end but would appreciate feedback from others. Here are his requirements.

*Candidate Required Minimum Qualifications and Skills *a) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. *b) Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. *c) Minimum of 18 months years of IT experience. *d) Windows 7-10, Server 2016-2022. Azure. Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware
