Pretty much the title. I've just had an appointment with my GP about relieving me from military service (EU) and she thought my FMS fatigue was due to depression which Ive never been diagnosed with and I dont feel depressed, I just dont have an easy life like most of us. I feel misunderstood and it kinda bothers me because this implies that I could be less fatigued if I went to therapy which I presonally dont see at all. My fatigue started suddenly with no mental triggers at all, I was doing very well for myself before FMS actually.

Thanks for taking the time to read! All the best to you guys.

Edit: How many of you don't? Forgot that part entirely, apologies.
