Least of 3 Evils?

Forgive me if my wording is off; please ask to clarify if needed.
Bedroom where the only bed placement options are:
(1) ideal placement, but under a window;
(2) opposite the door (death position?);
(3) door opens into side of bed.
Which is the least problematic placement? Or most easily cured? TY!
Edit to mention that I’m in the U.S., every bedroom I’ve had over the course of my life has had these same issues. Wish our home builders had had feng shui knowledge.
