I’m getting married to another felon. Any other felons out there go on out of the country honeymoons?

We are both finally off paperwork completely. So we only have to deal with the aspect of being felons while traveling. Neither of us had ever traveled out of the country and we still need to get passports.
The info I’ve found online isn’t helpful and I can’t find any website that seems legit that gives this information. All the websites I’ve seen give different information than the others.
So I’m here to hopefully find some people with personal experience traveling as a felon.
