hi guys, so sorry if this is a bit long, but i really need some help.

so, my mom has not been the greatest person. shes done some pretty dumb stuff in her life, and it landed her in prison, and now parole. in the past 2 years, shes made a huge turn around. complete 180. had a job, got a good girlfriend, a place, the whole shibang. she ran into some money trouble and her and her girlfriend were homeless for a bit (which, was news to me, is a parole violation). they arrested her. made her lose her job, almost her car, completely fucked up the whole situation she was dealing with. me and my aunt eventually got her a place and she had to transfer her over about an hour from where my aunt lives. (texas) at first, things started going really well. she had a good relationship with her PO, she had a job lined up, was making money. well, shes ran into some problems. her PO is an absolute BITCH. shes threatened her with arresting her, and putting her in a halfway house. the PO’s supervisor called her into her office when my mom went to report and 4 people were flat out yelling at my mom threatening with fucking her whole life up. the kicker? she hasnt done anything. nothing. shes on an ankle monitor and she left 30 minutes before she was allowed to because she had to go to work, and they made it out to be that its no big deal. she was told that it wouldnt count against her because she had to go to work. that has been the extent of her wrong doings the time that she has been in this county. 30 minutes. because she had to go to work. her other PO thats above her ankle monitor went to her soon to be job and basically told them that shes on parole and to “watch out for her” after my mom’s interview. from my understanding, these people are supposed to help my mom get back on her feet and help her get out of the system. instead, they are just breaking her down and ruining her mental health and any oppurtunity she could have with job success and money. is there anything i can do to help her? is there someone i could call? what should i say to them? would a lawyer be able to help? no law has been broken by them to my understanding, i just wanna know how a i can get them to stop basically ruining her life, harassing her, and instead do thier job and help her.
