Do cameras catch when you break hard and almost hit a pedestrian when they crossing?

Was turning right on a green light was. Was slowly turning right. Like 2 mph. Barely moving, Looking both mirrors for bicyclists and it was clear and then and someone started crossing. Must have been hiding in my blind spot. And I slammed hard. Did not hit no one though. Heard no beep on camera.
