[FO4] How do I reduce the amount of game-breaking bugs I experience in SS2?

Post Body

Yes, I know that SS2 is one of the most technically impressive mods to have ever been released and that there are many scripts in the back-end that help with operating everything. I love that mod but the amount of game-breaking bugs I've experienced is unexcusable, from not being able to build anything in HQ to all companions teleporting to HQ and turning invisible when recruiting to my party, with them crashing the game if I tell them to go somewhere while they're in my party, even with companions that have never been to HQ. I apologize if I sound ranty, but I lost 2 playthroughs worth of time to game-breaking shit in SS2, and I would love to do a long-term playthrough with that mod but without experiencing any game-breaking stuff. I am using the Storywealth collection from Nexus and I haven't added any mods that directly impact SS2 apart from the SS2 City Mega Pack.
