Fallout 4 broken. Stuck inside power armor

I can’t get out of this glitched power armor. Everything was fine until I tried getting into my power armor and then it glitched out. I cant view my pipboy or do anything other than shoot and move. I tried sleeping, entering a building, dying, but nothing happens. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve deleted the game and redownloaded it. My previous save is towards the end of the main story line and there’s a 24 hour gap. Meaning I’d loose a full 24 hours of progress I made.
