Spoilers for the fallout show. I don’t think this man is a Ghoul

Now I might be wrong in this. But I didn’t think it was that easy to become a ghoul. Just engaling some drugs wouldn’t make one a ghoul. They would have to be exposed to a lot of radiation to become a ghoul? Right?
So what I think happen to Thaddeus is he is becoming a super mutant. It would also explain his healing. And let’s be real. This actor would be great as a sensing super mutant.
