Help: Facebook ads learning and not going live

Hi,

I set some FB ads live last Friday and checked and saw they were still learning on Sunday/Monday.

I've tried with some different settings: they're lead gens with a cap cost from Monday and extended the date. They're still not live and still learning. The audience is very specific and targeted with a limited budget.

Does anyone have any advice please?!

UPDATE: Thank you for your help-I increased the budget and widened some of the criteria following comments: it seems to be chugging along nicely now with leads. Thanks so much for advice and help everyone, really appreciated! :)
