Facebook Ads: Labelling our ads as SCAM?! WTF!!!

So we sell yoga pants, have our own brand and all that jazz. And someone decided to rip our shit, and run scams where they never send product.
NOW FB is dealing with that, but their stupid machine is labelling all of our ads as SCAM. and our sales dropped off a cliff for this product.
How to fix this? How can you avoid being labelled as SCAM by the "FACT CHECKER" ?
