So, I'm a bigger guy - right around 290. Just had a hysto less than 2 weeks ago. Starting T in September. I would love to finally get control of my body and start working out - Goals would be weight loss and major muscle gains. I would love to see a thick strong neck and shoulders, veins and tendons in my forearms and nicely defined calves.
I know that this is something that will take time - years... but so will this transition... might as well be healthy and buff while getting happy too right?
Any thoughts, tips, suggestions, words of wisdom? Because I essentially do not know where to start.
