AWKCR No-DLC Version not working [XBone]

So I've downloaded the Armor and Weapon Keywords Community Resource (AWKCR) v4.02 mod. No-DLC version, because the only DLC I have is Far Harbor.
I know I need to download the AWKCR Far Harbor Patch, but when I highlight and select "Enable" in the mod menu, the message box pops up saying "This mod cannot be installed since it depends on files that aren't present."
AWKCR is downloaded and present, and I bought and have the Far Harbor DLC, so I don't understand the issue here. Can someone help me out? Is there something I'm missing? Am I an idiot? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the whole game?
