Pretty simple, but kind of long unless you have a 5* chainer to work with. Non free/raid TMRs you might need are Ignorance (Jack TMR) and Auto-Limit (CoD TMR)

- Note that Orran can be completely replaced with another dps unit, preferably a chaining partner. Make sure to have the right % resists on your magic tank.
Actual Fight
The turn setup is pretty much the same throughout the fight. All you have to do is make sure you're buffing properly. If you are utilizing your own dps unit to chain with, then Garnet just has to buff elemental resist every 3 turns instead.
Note that you can ignore buffing on the turn you summon, but it's just better to establish a pattern.
Garnet: Prayer to Eidolons or LB or Summon or items.
Mystea: Magic Cover -> AoE Status Immunity -> Anything -> Repeat
Sara: AoE Mirage. She can also summon if needed.
Orran: AoE Elemental Resist -> ATK Buff or Entrust -> ATK Buff or Entrust -> Repeat
Chizuru: Provoke. You can fingersnap your dps unit to get a little more damage if you want.
DPS Unit: Spams LB/Abilities/Magic when you summon and the turn after. Defends otherwise.
Just remember that you must:
Kill with Magic (Holy is great for this, or Meteor if using Orran)
Summon 3 Espers
Damage dragon 6x with elemental damage when it is weakened (after summon, not sure if you actually need to do it while it's weakened)
