Took me awhile to figure this one out, but I figured it out once I found that I could abuse the threshold priority deep sleep mechanic.

TMRs Needed:
3x Prodigy Goggles (Kelsus TMR) or 3 sources of Auto LB
Dualcast (might not be necessary depending on CG Sakura MAG stat)

Waiting Phase
During the first 10 or so turns (or more depending on your Auto-LB equips), all you will be doing is waiting for Mystea/Shylt/Sara/WoL LBs to fill and maxing CG Sakura's stacks. First turn you should raise WoL Sara whoever. Reason why you can't use LBs during this phase is because he will retaliate even if it does no damage. After, the turn setup is quite simple:
Sara: AoE Mirage (you can just put her on repeat)
Garnet: Prayer to Eidolons -> Raise WoL
CG Sakura: Quick Refresh Quick Final Thunder -> 2x Quick Final Thunder (always target WoL). If you max out her stacks (8 uses), then you can just spam Quick Refresh
Magic Tank: Shellga
Lexa: Defend
WoL: AoE Cover (you can also put him on repeat)
Attack Phase
Once you have all these completed, you can proceed to kill Intangir:

The 8 turns should look like this (starting on a turn where Intangir retaliates from Deep Sleep.) The idea is to cross one threshold each turn, netting you a total of 8 turns to act while your magic tank protects you:
