Overview
UoC Tickets
It was announced during the previous NicoNico Livestream that we would be receiving 10 UoC tickets in order to test out the feature and 10 more tickets as an apology for all of the server issues. Due to a mistake on Alim's end, only the 10 tickets for testing the feature were delivered. The other 10 tickets will be delivered sometime this week.
Server Issues
As planned, they implemented their planned fixes during the previous update, but as is apparent, it didn't help. They have determined that a major factor in causing the issues has to do with the Friend's List feature. The new plan is to add little fixes over time.
Bonus: SYP w/UoC Tickets
Of course not. At the very least wait until all current 5★ units have their 7★ awakenings.
