2B Counter Bug

While doing the Shadow Lord ELT Raid today, I found out that when 2B countered(using Avoid firsthand), it disabled Avoid Attack/Extract Speed the next turn she had.
I thought it was just a misunderstanding of mine not pressing the right skill(Avoid) to activate the combo, but after several run tests(and refresh), I found out that it indeed was disabling both attacks.
Has anyone else had this happen to them while doing the raid?
