I'm terrible and need advice

I am new to simracing in general. Have a Logitech g923 setup. Am only able to hit 1:32 on Monza and not sure what I'm doing wrong to have such horrible times. I am learning to drive with no assists and doing clean laps they are just terribly slow. It's a bit discouraging honestly, though I am having fun regardless. Just wondering if anyone has any helpful advice.
