Almost 3 months of no contact and now the hoovering begins. A random like on my business page. Then spamming DM requests on my private insta but deleting messages near instantly. Every few minutes for around 30min. There will likely be escalation in trying to get my attention, to boost her own ego thinking she could have me back whenever she wants if she so chose.

I have no interest in her anymore. Only pity and disgust for the attention seeking behaviour. I know she is baiting me to contact her. But I will not. I do not need her. I am free.

Don't be their supply. You are worth more than that.
